In 2010, the design and construction of all working units of the AFAD Administrative Service Building, located on Ufuk University Street, were completed. The building, constructed on 4 basements and 18 floors, includes the technical infrastructure of the AFAD emergency communication center, as well as the implementation of designs for interior architecture, mechanical, electrical, fire and security systems, and information processing projects.

VIA PORT Asia Outlet Shopping, launched in 2008, is one of Turkey's most visited lifestyle centers. In addition to the project's entire mechanical, electrical, and fire installations, the design and implementation of wastewater treatment facilities have been carried out.

The entire design and implementation of the mechanical, electrical, fire-safety, and smart building automation systems of VİA TOWER, one of Ankara’s prominent commercial centers, were carried out in 2008. In this project, the WSHP (Water Source Heat Pump) system was applied for the first time; thanks to the technology capable of simultaneous heating and cooling, high energy efficiency was achieved.

The business center, with a total of 32 floors including 4 basement levels, contains 56 offices, each ranging from 150 to 750 square meters.

The project, which was realised for special service purposes, currently serves as a nursery and kindergarten. The building, where the most prestigious equipment and designs required by the service line are applied, attracts attention with its attractive interior and exterior application.

In 2016, Ali Osman Sönmez State Hospital, the largest health investment of the period, was put into service with a capacity of 1000 beds, 33 operating rooms and 192 intensive care units. 930 seismic isolators (friction pendulum type) were used in our hospital, which is one of the exemplary applications in Turkey in the field of hospital with earthquake isolation system.

The hospital, which provides services in the field of Nuclear Medicine with scintigraphy-usg, PET-CT, Gamma Probe and outpatient radioactive iodine treatment units, 16 radioactive decontamination rooms, as well as outpatient clinics, was completed in 2008.

The Administrative Annex Building, which houses a conference hall, staff dining hall, professional kitchen and cafeteria, was put into service in 2006.
